  2. Prepare of tortilla chips.
  3. Prepare of refried beans.
  4. It's of diced olives.

  8. It's of herbs and spices of your choice ( we use parsley, oregano, pepper, garlic salt, basil, thyme, sage, smidge of cayenne pepper, ground ginger).

Buffalo Nachos instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Spray/ grease a casserole dish.
  3. Spray or grease a frying pan.
  4. Add buffalo, herbs, spices to frying pan, onions.
  5. Fry til fully cooked, looks like ground hamburger.
  6. Set aside frying pan.
  7. Cook refried beans in a pot.
  8. Pour chips in the casserole dish.
  9. Even out chips so the dish is completely covered.
